At Azzurro, we strive for your complete satisfaction as a customer. Our return policy is designed to ensure that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.
1. General
Our return policy offers a generous period of 30 days. This means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused or unworn, with all original tags and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@azzurro.nz
Please note that returns must be sent to the warehouse from which the products were shipped - in most cases, this is in China. Therefore, please contact us first so we can provide you with the correct return address.
Once your return has been approved, you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the items to the provided address.
We cannot accept any items returned to us without a prior return request.

2. Damages and Issues
It is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice that an item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away. This allows us to assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to receive a replacement item quickly, we recommend that you return the item you currently have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive. This is usually the fastest way to ensure you get what you want.
4. 30-Day Return Policy
Regardless of the above policy, if your goods are shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt - for any reason and without justification.
As stated previously, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you immediately whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us right away at support@azzurro.nz. We will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding your refund.
